Applying Knowledge
Plotting a trajectory of UX maturity through understanding collaborative, cross-functional practices is key to focusing on customer needs. It will be a matter of embedding it to the company culture and values, while supporting each UX designer and researcher.
Thinking Futures
Aside from all the useful strategies, I can’t help but think about how deep empathy can go–and should go. It’s all about orchestration for service to others–customers and in the organization. And that’s no simple task. The stories told by Frank, Daniel, Alison, and Brad will stick with me for a long time.
